Please read these terms carefully before using our services

K-Vee Couriers Ja – Terms & Conditions

1. Accurate Package Information

Customers must provide accurate descriptions and values of all items being shipped. K-Vee Couriers Ja is not responsible for incorrect information provided by customers.

2. Payment

All shipping fees must be paid prior to packages being released to customers.

3. Weight & Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package in pounds (lbs) according to the current rate structure.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items cannot be shipped through K-Vee Couriers Ja:

If such items are discovered, the package may be seized or returned at the customer’s expense.

  • Weapons and ammunition

  • Illegal drugs or substances

  • Explosives or flammable items

  • Perishable goods

  • Any item prohibited by Jamaica Customs

5. Customs & Duties

Any customs duties, taxes, or additional government fees are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damage & Refund Policy

K-Vee Couriers Ja will handle all packages with care, however:

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by suppliers, stores, or improper packaging.

  • Electronics, glass items, and fragile goods are shipped at the customer's risk.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed unless the loss or damage occurred while the package was under the control of K-Vee Couriers Ja.

NB: If approved, compensation will not exceed the declared value of the item.

7. Package Claim Policy

If a customer believes their package is missing or damaged, they must:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • Provide proof of purchase or invoice.

  • Provide photos of the package and item if damaged.

K-Vee Couriers Ja will investigate the claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

NB: Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

8. Unclaimed Packages

Packages must be collected within 7–14 days after "ready for pick-up" notification.

After this period, a storage fee may be charged per day until the package is collected. Packages not collected within 30 days may be subject to storage fees or disposal.

K-Vee Couriers Ja reserves the right to dispose of or sell the package to recover shipping and storage costs.

9. Delivery Time

Shipping times are estimated and may be affected by:

  • Airline delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

NB: K-Vee Couriers Ja is not liable for delays beyond our control.

10. Identification

Customers may be required to present a valid ID when collecting packages.

11. Agreement

By using K-Vee Couriers Ja services, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
